Couples: $225, 50-minutes
Lyra Members: Individuals & Couples, 50-minutes
I am currently contracted with Lyra Health. Claims for each session will be submitted directly to Lyra.
I am not currently contracted as an in-network provider with any insurance companies. I can, however, send a claim to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. All payments must be made at the time of the session and reimbursements from your insurance company will be sent directly to you at the rate associated with your plan’s benefits. If you have any questions regarding what your insurance company will cover under your out-of-network benefits, you can contact your insurance provider and they can let you know, or you can contact me directly and I would be happy to check on your behalf.
